I really like this. You fit a lot inside of it while still preserving its starter home value. Also nice to see a lot for housemates as opposed to a couple. Those sims exist!

By the way, what's the reason for including the buyable mailbox? Was the lot originally zoned as Community?

Oops. I'm not 100% sure if this lot needs it. I have it installed if I make a lot with more than one house on it so they don't have to share.
