Hello, and thank you for checking out this download.
After spending a few hours on this I finally finished it! behold, The Water Park.
This is on a large lot and is community. This lot contains...
#A giant swimming pool, including diving boards and ladders to get out.
#A child pool
#A baby pool - 2X4 squares.
#A diner - Named Piggies
#A spa deck - includes 3 spas
#Mens and Womens restrooms - Including, toilets, basins and showers to wash off.
And finally heaps of planting, lighting, seating and some carparks and statues out front. Also there I've added two ticketing machine that come with Open for business. So when your sims arrive they must pay to enter the park.
If you have Open for Business this lot can be purchased for 245,000 simolean.
