The sun is rising over the vibrant fields of Riverview, exposing one of the town's oldest houses, located at the verge of the flourish mountain. The peaceful environment is perfect for those who love nature, and still want be close to civilisation.
Villa Guava is currently furnished for 2 sims with 3 floors filled with the most snobbish and high-classed furnitures.
The interior is cosy and inviting and contains all essential objects for living.
It also includes a backyard garden for your sims to improve their gardening skills.
History
Rumours say the Queen of the country wanted a place far from everything when she decided to built this lot. Just a week later, the whole country new about her hideout, and a city started to grow nearby. After the Queen's mysterious death, this lot was auctioned out to a wealthy count, who also where about to die. Since that day, the Villa was considered to be cursed, and no one did never enter these grounds again.
Now it has been renovated and fully equipped by a local company, hoping no-one would care about this old legend.
My comments
When I designed this lot, I wasn't sure if it should be some sort of hunted mansion, or just an exclusive villa. But as the environment started to take shape, it didn't felt right to make it spooky.
The house is intentionally built to look both thin and hight, to create a cosy but still still luxury feeling. And hopefully with a decent amount of innovativeness.
Lot Size: 4x4
Lot Price: 54 300

7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
