Upper cabinet for club counters UPDATED FOR EP COMPLIANCE!

This is the same file that is on my site now; I just thought I'd put it here as well because Numenor wanted to look at it and hey, y'all deserve it anyway. (Though I'll remove it if the mods request so, as I got a lot of flak from members last time I posted here.)

It's just the upper part, it attaches to the wall, and it uses all the club counter textures Maxis or downloaded and was made with Delphy and Miche's awesome new tool.
