Lol I like to think of them as "expressive accents." If you're serious about that though, I could play around with them some--I just don't see myself as a hardcore creator.

But I guess nobody does in the beginning?

Only if you want to mess with the brows. If you going to do it, you may as well be interested in the project.

I know what you mean about cc. I started out re-texturing hair, now I'm converting/editing caw terrains for expansion packs and store towns, I got off the net for in game usage. I can do pictures and non-recolourable walls. Next I want to learn how to do re-colourable walls and floors. I think I"m being sucked into that never ending vortex called S3 custom content creation.

It came with one of the Expansion Packs. Which one I'm not sure.

About the brows. I checked them in game and they are OK. It is a little bit different than the EA one, but nothing major. Still quite evil looking :P
