Hello!
My fiancee saw an Instagram photo of a house (which I've included for reference) and showed it to me. I knew instantly that I needed to build it in the Sims. So, here it is.

It is 4 Floors.

Ground Floor - Workroom/shed-like Room.
1st Floor - Kitchen & Dining Rooms
2nd Floor - Bedroom, Bathroom, Office/Living Rooms
3rd Floor - Empty Room - maybe an attic? - I painted the walls and floors, but it is a 3 by 4 room in the roof so very hard to play, and make stairs work.

It is a one bedroom, one bathroom house. Sims gain entry to the main house on the 1st floor using stairs in the back of the house. The ground floor is too small for stairs.

Features a pool, Gardening Center and Woodworking Bench.

Please ignore the fact that the three-seater sofa is missing in the floorplan shot of that level - I played it a bit and took out the sofa, and forgot to add it back before taking the floorplan pics. The sofa is in the download
