READ THIS!:

A lot has happened in 25 years, but some new faces in town are stirring up rivalries and creating tension for the once happy families. Can anything be done to get the neighborhood feeling good again?

Welcome to New Pleasantview!

I tried (again) to makeover Pleasantview, and I'm super glad how it came out! I tried my best to keep the original feel of most of the lots, while now using items from much later expansion packs. All of the premade sims now have new hair, makeup, and clothing. However, all of their memories, genetics, and faces are now untouched. This is just my interpretation of a New Pleasantview! - hence the name. I've also made some lovely new HQ storytelling cover photos for each family to go along with it. These will show up in your game, if you click the storytelling icon in neighborhood view. These are based on meetmetotheriver's new, rereleased clean templates, and this was created without subhoods or the maxis townies. (Thanks, meetme!)

Requirements:

This hood was made with the Ultimate Collection in mind. Therefore, for this hood to work, you must have ALL EPs & SPs or the Ultimate Collection on Origin. You can try it with only all EPs, but there will definitely be some missing objects / clothes.

Recommended Mods:

Basically all of the No Corruption Mods, linked here, which help turn your game into something that's actually playable. For New Pleasantview specifically, I recommend disabling the stealth hoods, as they add on to bloat and they aren't intended to be part of this hood

Enjoy!!!
