Hello again, this time I bring on here a remake of a house from The Sims 3 Lots and Houses bin. It contains 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; while the 2nd-floor bedroom features a double bed, the 3rd-floor bedroom displays 2 single beds. A garage was added in this remake and a back garden is available, with a gardening area, for crops. No custom content was used to make it and costs §62,214.
