"Gatti" café chairs and tables

[Update - 14/02/2024] Recently morepopcorn on tumblr released a new bar-height table along with the very nifty mod I wish I had back in 2020, the Bar Stools at Bar Tables mod !

So I made a V2 of the high table in this set to be used with any barstool. You can download the updated file, let it overwrite the old one and delete the special high dining stool if you had it, and that's it!
Obviously morepopcorn's mod is required, It is included as kindly allowed by their policy
GUIDS are the same so you cannot have both versions at the same time in your game or it will conflict.

I made some more chairs! and tables. Can you tell that I miss sitting at a café with friends and having a few drinks? Well at least my Sims still can...

A while ago I came across Pocci's french café set for TS4 and I had been looking for these chairs forever! Unfortunately their policy doesn't allow conversions. So I took it upon myself to create similar wicker chairs and a new table from scratch for TS2... and here we are. This was initially supposed to be part of the bistrot chair set I uploaded back in november, but I ended up breaking it down into two smaller projects because it was a bigger bite than I could chew at once

Set contents:

- Round dining table with a marble tabletop and cast iron base (master mesh) + recolors
- Counter-height dining table cloned from the ones I shared last december . Uses the textures from the regular height table
- Wicker dining chair (master mesh) + separate recolors for the frame and seat/backrest
- Wicker loveseat: uses the frame and seat textures from the chair
- Barstool (master mesh for the stool seat texture) + seat recolors. Uses the frame texture from the chair
- Dining stool: uses the frame texture from the chair and seat texture from the barstool
- High dining stool: looks exactly like the barstool but works as a high dining chair to be used with the counter-height table. Uses the frame texture from the chair and seat texture from the barstool.


so that's why it's called a loveseat...

Phew! Now I can finally move on from bar and restaurant-themed projects
