I think myself inspired by your creation. I am not Marvel franchise fan but that was made me to look through pictures about how it actually looks. I found your way to avoid black wall coverings is kinda smart (cause Sims 2 has no any single black colored wall)

Great Lot!
Just as a little idea here: A few months ago, Lazyduchess released a Mod that allows for 12x12 Lots(!) to be placed - and unfortunately, it would require modifying the game beyond just putting something into the download folder, so it wouldn't be a No-CC anymore... but still, perhaps you could add a one-lot version of the Triskelion?* :D

* though admittedly, since the lot imposter might be screwed up with this multistory-lot, totally understandable if its a bad idea...
