Marik Isthar's Obelisk Earrings from YuGiOh

It has been some time, but I have not abandoned my goal to recreate the YuGiOh characters as Sims. I have climbed the learning curve into the mystical realm of 3D modeling and texturing, and now, I am back with some new meshing skills.

Marik Ishtar wears some distinctive jewelry, so I've begun by creating his earrings.



These earrings work for male and female sims of all ages. They appear in CAS like any other accessories.

Since the facial structures of each age group and gender are slightly different, I've sized and positioned the earrings to present correctly on each. Within the zip file download, you will find only one package file because I have merged all these versions together: pu, cu, tm, tf, am, af, em and ef.

You should only need the Base Game for them to work.



There are 3 recolorable channels and 9 pattern presets color-matched to precious metals and others historically used in the making of jewelry: Rose Gold, 18K Yellow Gold, 14K Yellow Gold, White Gold, Sterling Silver, Copper, Bronze, Brass and a Mix.



I optimized the poly count so these earrings should not slow down your game.

I hope you like the improved version of these earrings! I replicated what I learned from the Sims 4 version I created more recently.

As a final note, I will leave the previous versions of this content up under downloads. There should not be any conflicts if you leave it in your game. However, if you are bothered by multiple instances of the same item showing up in CAS, I'd recommend you take the time to weed out the previous versions from your mods folder.

In these screenshots, the adult Marik's hair is the Faux Hawk (for Male) by Kijik0 and the toddler Marik's hair is Kijiko Fauxhawk for Kids by poisonfireleafs. Custom eyelashes are from Set N2 and Set N3A by S-Club with the fix by Buckley.
