Better heavy female body

This pack replaces the default heavy female body modifier. In other words, if you drag the fitness level in CAS or keep your sims well fed in game, you will see them gain some actual chunckiness. Especially in areas like arms, shoulders, back, neck, etc. that were handled poorly by default.

This is my first mod, and I have not tested the compatibility extensively yet. Please leave some feedback especially suggestions for improvements
