2 houses in a simple and modern style

I had reserved this simple modern house which was originally created in the open for bussines game with a driveway but I also decided to create a version with a helipad.
It's a simple home with two bedrooms, each with their respective bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and a living room.
The lot with a driveway is accompanied by a pond and a small area for barbecues.
the lot with heliport is adorned with plants and night lighting.
Maybe the description about the lots isn't very extensive but the only thing I can write is that you could have something simple and uncomplicated for the sims in the neighborhood.
