13 Dead End Lane [no cc]

Hello!

I'm dropping another original family house renovation and this time it's the Specter family home. I struggled a lot with how I wanted the house to look but in the end it turned out to be one of my favourites so far! The house has two bedrooms (Ophelia's and the master bedroom) and a spare room that can be turned into a third bedroom for the players who move Nervous back into the Specter family. Three bathrooms (one of which is connected to the aforementioned spare room), two game/activity rooms, an art room, a kitchen, dining room, music room and a study room/office.

For the garden, I struggled with several ideas for how to make fake graves, including custom content, but in the end I decided to just leave them without gravestones. If that bothers you, I would recommend the Tombstone as a Buyable Decorative Object by TheNinthWaveSims (http://www.theninthwavesims.com/202...as-buyable.html) or I suppose you can move the graves from the original Specter Family home and assign them to each burial spot (I wouldn't recommend but it's possible I guess). The Grim you see all the time in my screenshots isn't the universal one (never touch that one) but a sim created using the Safe, Playable Grim by Sunrader Sims (https://sunradersims.com/2019/05/safe-playable-grim/).
