Goldenrod Estates (No CC)

Third in my Not So Berry builds, I bring yellow. I was surprised at how few yellow things there were, much less with self-imposed pack minimization, and even then, I went beyond the number of packs I wanted to use. The floor plan I'd originally picked out for this lot looked silly and small (as I plan on making this a Newcrest thing), so instead of two floors, I went down to one. I tried to keep it to the personality implied in the challenge, that of an ambitious loner, but there were so few yellow items that there's a little more to it than that would indicate.

The big thing for me was figuring out how to do a rocket in the garage, and then it came to me--my dad has a backyard observatory IRL with a roll-off roof, and with spandrels and pillars, I was able to come pretty close to visualizing that idea.
