You may use my items in pictures and movies. Do not post my work on other sites as your own. I do not create the custom items that my houses or sims show off, because I don't know how, so you must follow other creator guidelines when you use my things also. I will take request on houses and maybe sims if I have the right things to make them. Just pm me. Thanks.
