Ok, my first entry:
I read a little here and there in the tutorials (really really great! Thank you all) and tried out some basic stuff in recolouring. And, hooray, it worked out the way I wanted! The recolours are good enough for myself right now. I want to work on them and maybe I can get the stuff ready for upload someday....

But for now I stick to creating sim-homes. Well, there aren't a lot of lots in my upload list yet but I have many many ideas already.
