ok, have tried to work out which hack is playing up and got sick of re loading my sims 3. So have reinstalled my game, no patches and is running smoothly

Hey everyone,

Have just spent 5 days in hospital and it was a joy lol (not). Nothing serious.
1st thing I want to do when I am able to sit at my computer again is play Sims 3.

Download the new patch and load up game to have it crash at loading screen. Go to fixer up page and follow instructions to discover that it is one of the hacks I have in game. Now begins the long process of finding which one is causes me headaches.

Its like playing my wow game, same thing happens when a new patch comes out lol

wish someone would write a tutorial for putting stencils on t shirts for dummies so I can join in the fun. Something like J Woods tut for making a table for sims 2. that I got lol

Was great to see all the great downloads but will have to hold off till I can work out this hack business.

Still enjoying playing Sims

still takes longer to build a house as now can colour coordinate.

Had another go at trying to recolour cloths but gave up. My simple brain cant work out the tutorials.

I am just a dumb blonde!!!

Hey

still playing Sims 3 and giving my wow game a rest lol. (no one is missing me on wow anyway ).

I must say that the old folks have been improved since sims 2. Have learnt not to give a sim the bookworm or couch potatoe traits, they drive me insane lol

All I need now is someone to come up with a mood cheat so I dont have keep on typing in testingcheatsenabled to get bladder's or hygeine up etc

Have installed the patch and only problem I found was when I exited the map view, the colour was slow to come back to some things.

Hey all,

Well I am thoroughly enjoying Sims 3.

The only downside is I cant get my brain around doing stencils on t shirts etc
I am a Dummy who needs step by step Tutorial on how to do anything lol.
For me the Tuts are a bit short and brief but I understand why cos they are for people who understand.

Well done to those people like Delphy and HP who have so quickly worked out programs and such for Sims 3.

So I will just enjoy looking at what other people have done and continue playing Sims 3

Well, have been playing since thursday and I am driving my family mad with: omg u can do this and that lol etc.

Being able to co ordinate the bed covers and the armchair in the bedroom, matching the shower or bath to the wall tiles and the toilet in the same colour. It is taking me twice as long to build a house due to colour etc.

The only thing so that isnt cool is the baby rearing process but I suppose someone will come up with something that gets rid of the blanket wrapped around the baby lol and there is no change table (which I miss). At least in Sims 2 u got to change a nappy and get the bottle out of the fridge instead of out of nowhere lol

Still need to work out a few things.

WOOT. Sims 3 is here and I picked up my copy yesterday.
Wow talk about a lot to learn but I am enjoying it very much. Sims 3 reminds me a bit of Sims 1 in looks especially the neighbourhood shot.

The only thing so far I have noticed is my female sim is never in the right clothes. She goes to bed in her swimsuit and goes to work in her formal and even sleeps in her formal gown lol.

I am driving my family mad with, wow u can do that now and wow walking next door etc lol.

I am missing a few things though: bubble bath, remove blur patch, click on car and change owner and u cant bring in the newspaper.

Well I am off to play some more.

Hi, I have now got apartment life and finally installed this and Ikea stuff as well. I have removed all my downloads as things were running a bit slow, lol

I now remember why we download as I try to play the game with no cc installed. Yes my game is faster but I am frustrated as I remember the wonderful things I had in my downloads folder.

This time I am going to be more organised and create sub folders etc lol
Well I am now off to download and think of things to recolour etc.

Hi Everyone,

Yes I know, I havent uploaded anything for a while. I must admit have been playing other games. I turned the big 45 recently, only 5 years and I will be 50. OMG lol.

I am working on a few ideas and hope to be uploading something soon.
