Tai Chi Studio is such good business lot idea. My sim purchased a lot as a gym and originally, her asking customers to join her in tai chi was to keep them busy while all the treadmills were in use, but it actually works even better. Their energy goes up, they eventually get hungry and lose hygiene after several hours, but all other needs remain static. I'm charging §20 on the bandatron. My sim has owned the business for only 3 days, made thousands, gained fitness, and gone home with full energy every night.

Move in a trash sim with tombstone of L&D instead and kill them after moving out the rest of the household. That way you keep everything including fireplaces, and you don't need to adjust the price of the lot afterwards, like with stay things shrub. I don't use that mod anymore. The ideal way to move out is vanilla!

The last few days I just found out how half-assed a lot of the teen/elder careers are. Basically just the first three levels of the adult career, even if they make no bloody sense (how is a teenager somehow working as a substitute teacher at hours when school is out?)

Simple, clearly they're going in to teach the kids like me. Every single day of my school life I had detention, I think my longest detention was 3 hours after school or so. Schools are horrible like that.

Or stand-up comedian, spelunker, the security guard working until 1am, which is against the law where I live. (Teens 14-16 aren't allowed to work past 8pm during the school year or 9pm in the summer). The entire intelligence career, which sounds unrealistic for a teen (they can afford an office and an assistant and get a PI license? Really?)

I made a show business teen career with the first 3 levels because they sounded ok for a young actor, but the body double chance card is literally about being a naked butt double in a shower scene. I left that out.

When using SimPE to extract images from ui.package, rename the file extension of the exported jpg to .tga.

It doesn't seem to recognize what the format is. Targa is usually used for icons that need transparency.

Charity, not sure why you call women females in this context? Maybe it's the language barrier, but it makes me immediately think of our primal animalistic core as human beings. In which case, yeah, I've seen many females look down and reciprocally stare at the males' crotches. Once I start the game up after having visited SXS2, everybody in my Strangetown trynna get some purple heart lovin'

I discover that children can call nanny themselves. So that is the reason why there is a message that says you should not leave children home alone and you should make sure that there is a supervision. If I would knew this sooner couple of children would have stay home instead taking away by social worker.

To answer the question, in the game, women do stare at men's crotches.

It's reciprocal. "I'll show you mine if you show me yours.." or "I like your packaging!"

Finally that message makes sense (it never occurred to me to actually have the child call for nanny)! All this long, that message seemed just to be there to mock you for the short while before the social services ultimately showed up and took everyone away because someone got a promotion yesterday that you forgot about...

As I said, it must be the language barrier. Female in Croatian can be translated as either žensko ("of female sex") or ženka ("a female"). But you'd never call a woman, žena, a female; it's derogatory. There are female cats, female birds, female possums - and then there are women.

The same applies to male vs man:
male - muško ("of male sex"),
a male - mužjak,
a man - muškarac.
Don Lothario is male. Sam, Don's dog, is a male. Don's cousin is a man. Don Lothario je muško. Donov je pas, Sam, mužjak. Donov je rođak muškarac.

It could be that I am completely wrong - guess it's all interchangeable in English?

Ever Powers was born in her grandparents' brownstone Downtown. Her grandmother ran photography gallery on the first floor, so no backyard, but their home did overlook Central Park and they had a few terraces with greenery. Her parents moved to their own narrow rowhouse on a block with a concert venue, coffee shop, and clothing store. Her mom owns an art gallery, her dad is a gamer. So she's always had plenty of culture and hobby activities in her urban setting.

Ever just became a teen I noticed she hadn't gotten flagged for her OTH. I thought it was that known glitch so I used the Batbox to select one. Except I found she did have one- Nature! She's a teen and she's never done any nature activities to spark the hobby. This poor kid literally needed to touch grass!

So now I've added a bunch of houseplants to her bedroom and plan on sending her to the downtown parks after school. And once she's at uni or living on her own, she can move somewhere to get all the nature she wants.

There's also the consideration that not all female humans would be considered "women" (at least in daily speaking), for instance kids or babies. Using "women" in that case sounds a bit off (you'd most often use "girl" instead). "Woman" is more a term used for an adult female human, just like "man" is more used for an adult male human - though the usage depends a bit on the context. Male/female would in most cases work for multiple ages.

It can sound a bit off using males/females, though. It depends on the context. English can be a tricky language.
