Just tested the doors in GTW. YOU CAN lock the doors. YAY! Yes u must own the lot though...

These are NOT working for me on a retail lot. I clearly have the door marked to not allow visiting sims and yet everyone is going into my house and eating food and hanging out on the bed.

OMG Thank you so much,I was just saying how I wish we could lock doors because I built a bookstore with a loft apartment upstairs and the customers keep going up there and making themselves at home.This is amazing!!
