Hi I don't mean to be rude but this is a new mod and a lot of us use your other mods and you don't let us know whether they are compatible with the latest patch or OL.

I am posting here as I am now surmising that you don't look at their threads.

Yes it should work fine with OLS and patch 1.19, if EA's bugfix list was really as small as they posted. I can't actually check, as I'm not using patch 1.19. Frankly, even if it isn't I'd expect this to work anyway. I can't see EA messing with Rabbitholes.

I haven't posted OLS compatibility because frankly I don't know. I'm not patching to 1.19 until Baxim updates CORE. If you have been using my Mods for a while, then you will know that it is always the same, updates come either when someone gives me their GameplayData package, or when Baxim updates.

For now, assume they are all compatible. I see no reason why they won't be, EA didn't really change anything with the latest patch.

1) I don't have access to the code, (CORE not updated, or I forget to ask for an updated GameplayData from someone)
2) I check it and nothing has changed, but forget to post an update saying to keep using the old one. Thank you so much, I've wanted these forever! I have a sim family that is trying to take over the town by buying all of the buildings, but I was sad that I couldn't buy off the police. I mean come on, it's the police! I'm assuming that this will conflict with the Welfare/Investable City Hall mod.

Also, I like how the school doesn't offer any returns. I see it as buying off the school so you can push your own curriculum on the students. That way the corruption starts early

EDIT: I have been playing with this and for the most part it works fine, but for some reason the military base costs 0 simoleons to invest in.

This is a very good idea! Very mafia like! :lovestruc (a mortician might need a mausoleum every now & then. Or if someone's playing as the Grim Reaper or Beetlejuice or something! lmao) I remember thinking last year that I wanted to make it so people could own the other type of community lots, like the Visitors Allowed types? Yeah, I had all kinds of crazy ideas--own a pub, aquarium, museum, stuff like that Great job!

Whoops, that was a stupid mistake. I accidentally put the "investment amount" into the "buyout amount" so it would be free, and you get high amounts of money back...

I've fixed it now, deleted the old version and put the fixed version up for download.

Hey, I'm getting two conflicting messages about this mod being a Core mod. the Categorization says it's not, whereas the description says it IS. which is it? Core or Tuning? thanks in advance for the information.

It is a tuning mod.

You have misread the compatibility message. I said it is compatible with CORE, which is a Core Mod made by Baxim at SexySims2, formerly known as the EGC which I run as my game core.

This mod is completely independent of CORE. What I meant was that it will not conflict with CORE.

The mod as is should work fine with Generations. ITU's generally work fine between patches. What I will have to do is add any new rabbit holes. Can someone tell me, are there any new rabbit holes in Generations?

Edit: No update is needed. There are no new uninvestable Rabbitholes in Generations. Enjoy

Thanks for the mod. But I have found quite a terrible bug. After I intalled it, my rich "Bruce Wayne-esque" sim went out to buy the extra locations - all in a good cause "Save the clock tower" - but then disaster struck! The Town Hall, and most specifically the Mayor, were borked. The playboy sim in question had also just began the inventing carreer, and while creating his gizmos he was invited to "his" Town Hall several times to collect various service awards. All very well. But when he was to recieve the final Big award, where the Mayor comes out to the steps of the Town Hall to greet him, it failed. The animations died, the Mayor vanished into thin air, as did the ultimate reward, both never to be seen or offered again. This glitch did not happen before and nor has it repeated since this mods was removed. Just lucky I had a save point reserved before I installed the mods, because it will kill the Town Hall Mayor permenantly thereafter, even when the mod is removed or the borked rabbithole is replaced. You'd have to start a whole, new town otherwise.

Odd... was this the normal City Hall, or the bridgeport combined one? I'll do some thorough playtesting laters with the Inventor career.

I play with this mod myself, and the Architectual Design rewards triggered fine.

The problem occured with the normal City Hall in Sunset Valley. The only mods I have that utilise the City Hall, prior to installing yours, are Twallan's. His mods add the extra pie menu choices to the City Hall. But I will give your mods another test. After installing Generations and the latest patch, I had a good clean out of mods and I'm not using half as many as before. I'm still usisng Twallan's, can't do without those, but I no longer use Awesome as it overrides mods it has no business overriding and many others. Let's see if that helps. Thanks...

Twallans Mods shouldn't interfere. Weird... well Career's MIGHT but it's unlikely.

I don't know what to tell you, it seems to be working fine for me. Admittedly I haven't done much Inventor stuff, but it may just be EA wonkiness, and a one off thing.

Happy to report the Mayor is working just fine now. Not only that, but since removing AwesomeMod, I see, for the first time ever, a crowd also gathers at the City Hall to cheer the ceremony on with confetti and such. It seems that not only was AwesomeMod preventing the crowd from ever gathering, but in conjunction with your mod was borking the Mayor. I know Awesome is a core mod and should have nothing to do with tuning mods, but I aslo know it does stamp over some tuning mods. Such as Twoftmama's daywalker mod. Awesome will not let that one see the light of day, if you'll pardon the pun. I'm just happy your mod works now. Thanks severedsolo.

Surprisingly, I'm acutally using this mod with Pets, with no issues, well, of course I can't purchase the new rabbit holes, but meh works well xD
