I didn't touch praising and scolding, and I don't think it is possible for it to have an effect on the plant itself. Even if it were possible though, I'm pretty sure it would need a script mod.

Is the first flavor safe to sims added to the house you are currently playing? I just want "townies" to have a chance of being eaten.

This is awesome I been waiting for this mod. The cow plant can finally live up to its Sim2 legacy and do some damge

Flavor 4 - CowPlant_NoSpitChance_NoAutonomousFeed_Piggy.package: No spit chance, no autonomous fed. Are you sure it's not a Pig Plant? Cow Plant is hungry after 1 sim day.

Is 1 sim day the minimum or can you make it go hungry sooner? 1/2 day will be great.

Does F4 means no sim is safe as well? I really want my CP to attack the paparazzi, annoying NPC, and anyone I don't like? Also can you remove no autonomous feed so NPCs can get eaten. IE It will eat everyone in sight and go hungry quickly

Also another variation of this could be attack only non-family members but with no autonomous feed removed. IE it will eat everyone except household and go hungry quickly

This is great! It took forever for my cow plant to show the cake,and even then, some sims just fed it, now it doesn't, thanks to you! Only problem is, like you already stated, my sim keeps taking the cake, so I end up having to start all over again at where I left off before she was eaten. So i end up just deleting the plant altogether. i wish there was a way you could make a flavor where the home sims couldn't get eaten, like the household. Thanks very much again, great work!

It's so scary, could you please make a flavour that Cow Plant only eats NPC? I don't even dare to put one on my active lot. I'm a coward for these things.

Ok guys, I'm sorry. I should have thought of making a version like that right away. I can't make it eat only NPCs, but I can tune the Eat Cake interaction so that only NPCs can use Eat Cake. This has the same effect. However, this means your active sims will not be able to use the interaction "Eat Cake." Even if you click on the plant yourself, the interaction will not be visible to you. Your NPCs will gladly Eat Cake when they feel like it, however.

Yes, F4 means No Sim is safe. However, you do want "No Autonomous Feed" because if your sims feed the Cow Plant, then the Cow Plant won't be hungry. And if the Cow Plant isn't hungry, she won't taunt sims with her delicious cake. So yeah, I'm pretty sure you want No Autonomous Feed, otherwise your sims will feed your Cow Plant whenever they feel like it and then your Cow Plant will never be hungry.

And yes, I can make the cow plant get hungry ever 1/2 a day, which is every 12 hours. So, if you put a cow plant on your lot at 8:00am and you don't feed it at all, at 8:00pm it will stick out it's cake. In fact, I think it would work every .3 days, which would be about every 8 hours.

Ok, even though I warned you, I'm really sorry about that and it will be fixed shortly. I'll have some more flavors up as quickly as I can.

I don't know whether I should remove the Eat Cake interaction for active sims for every flavor though? Are there simmers out there who like to live on the wild side?

Aside: in many ways, this is a hilarious learning experience for me, but not for your sims! Sorry!

Thanks for the extra flavors but can you please add a 7b that will eat active sim as well It will be great for getting rid of sims you don't like and making movie and stories where you want to take a picture of the cow plant eating a sims

Or better yet make it 8 hr instead of 12hr waiting time. :D

Seriously. Thank you so much for this mod. As much as I adore that plant, its now playable!

It kept eating my household, it was starting to get annoying after the third time.

This mod is just perfect Can you make another flavor which removes the actions "play and feed" for npc ?

This is so awesome! Can't wait to try it out! But I was thinking ... well my simmies are not very 'friendly'people and thous has not many visiters, and I'm not sure if I can take the time to feed my dear Cow-Chan so I'm scared that she might die from me doe to my stupid neglect, so ... is there any way to make a not-die mod? I like love that the plant shows its cake so often and that it only eats townies and NPC's but I'm still scared she might die on me. If you find Thanks time some day would there be any chance you might look at something like that? If not I'm just really happy to have a Cow-Chan that can eat my guest as it is. Then I'll jst have to pull myself together for her sake Thanks again for the wonderful mods ^__^

I can easily do that. What other features would you like? I assume a safe no spit chance, and no autonomous feed, but how often should the cow plant be hungry? I can also change the number of days that milk is available on the cow plant after it's had a meal. It's not much work at all, so just let me know.

I've been investigating the possibility that it eats only paparazzi, but I haven't found a way to do this via Tuning or the XML. Everything I've tested so far ends with residents also being eaten. I tried adding some tags to make the Paparazzi really want to Eat Cake, but I don't know if that is actually influencing them eating the cake or not (they do eat the cake, but so do residents). I'm pretty sure I need a script mod to make it eat only Paparazzi.
