I saw another one here somewhere that is playable. I'd like to see this as a playable one too. Then Users can combined them for thier rock videos ^^

This one IS playable, it just doesn't have the perform option, but they can practice.

DId you make sure you extracted it to your downloads folder? Go into My Documents/EA Games/The Sims 2/Downloads and look for the file to make sure it is there

also make sure you are looking in Hobbies/Creativity
