Is there anything special I am supposed to do with this to get it to work for my object? I used it to make my picnic table bench, and it still works with that, but it won't work for my new bench. It isn't crashing or anything.

It seems like for my picnic table bench you did something with my GUID... just in case you need it, it is 0x0025358C

...OR... I wonder if the problem isnt that I cloned this from my working bench.. maybe I need to clone it from a booth?

You're meant to be able to just put the patch in your downloads and forget it. Did you get the latest? Because I did change something a couple of days after I first made it. If you're not sure you have the latest, try that first (making sure it overwrites the original). If that is still not working, please send both your seat files to inge@simlogical.com so I can see what happened after you cloned from your clone.

Hmmm.. well I think it is working now, but I don't know for sure because my newest bench is crashing the game and I don't know why.

It is a hack that allows custom made booths and sectionals to work properly. Without this hack, custom booths and sectionals will not mesh together properly, and sims that try to sit in a custom booth or sectional will become stuck.

I have download the patch but my game crashes everytime I start it. I took the files out and my game is working fine... I am doing something wrong.. to I have to put those file somewhere else.
