I like it. Good small houses are hard to find and they are also not that easy to build, especially a PLAYABLE one.

Thanks,...and I will be downloading it.

Sweet house, I might have to use it repeatedly.

Hi there! I'd warmly shake your hand, were your hand present. Instead, I'll have to make do with imagination.

Oh, it's charming! It's hard to find small houses to start my sims off in. I'm not into money cheats, I'm into playing the real way.

Thanks for sharing. The house looks great. Usually I like the houses to be big but this one is going to be fun to play with.
It's the first time I download a house into my game so I'm just wondering where I should put it. Should I put it in the Download folder or somewhere else?

houses are packaged into a sims2.pak file... those can be downloaded to anywhere... just remember where you put it... then all you need to do is double-click it... a box will come up asking if you want to load this content, click yes, and boom, you're done

thank you

Nice house, the one I'm in is 740 sqaure feet, and I hate it (I inherited it from my brother). Nice Dog in the window, sure is a cutie. What's the dog's name? My dog, a blue heeler (Australian Cattle dog) is named "Dori" after the blue fish on "Finding Nemo" movie. Dori the dog is so absent minded, we wonder if she even has a brain at all!!! Anyway, downloaded your house, it is really nice.
