I really like it. It's so normal. Looks like something I might actually see in real life(which is my preference in sim homes). I love it!!

Now that's a damn house!! The layout is realistic, especially the shared bathrooms! I really like it, wish I had some EPs, I'd download this in a heartbeat lol. The basement is the only part that i would have done differently, i've never seen a basement partitioned that way, usually they are open, but i havent seen every basement, so pff! I like it a lot! =)

The layout is really nice, but why is there a foosball table on the spot where the nook/breakfast area could be?
