Every time I try to download cas screens a message pops up saying "error" file is unknown or damaged :/ someone help >_<

i had the same problem i fixed it just out mods by 10 and everytime u do that run the sims 4 and if on one 10 it says it again i has to be a mod that is bad out of those ten....
