This couldn't come at a better time! I was looking for a shortened Epiphany fence and gate about 3 years ago! lol I did find one at Black Pearl Sims (link removed due to BPS being closed). It is quite old although still useable. You have to register to get it but the website is closing down its download site soon, so it won't be around for long. Your fence looks great too, I think I'll try it out

The gates are glitched. They become invisible when a sim goes through them and then they stay invisible. Only the shadow is then visible.

I did notice they disappeared when opened, but mine always popped back to visible. Didn't bother me tho, I figured there was an animation file I couldn't access.... conflicting content, perhaps??
