Excellent trait mod! It's nice to have another mod to apply to my artistic sims. Thank you!

Very interesting! :D
Can't wait to use it! It should be interesting combined with certain other traits, too. :3

Thank you for creating this! I use custom contents and mods but I've never used custom traits before. Just a few questions. Do custom traits override the ones in game or are they completely separate? Can you use more than one at a time? I'd really love to add this one to my game!

of course! They do not replace any traits in your game and you can mix maxis and custom traits as you pleas :-) If you have any suggestions for future traits you'd like for me to make, I'd be happy to take any suggestions btw!

Thanks for this! I have an adult autistic son (I'm old, lol). He's not a Savant, but I am glad to see an Autism Spectrum trait added to the game. I think there was one for Aspergers created by Drew Shivers, however I've never tried it out.

Hmm, my Sims with this trait can't gain the Charisma skill at all. They keep getting level 1 over and over again, but when I look in their skills it's not even listed there.

They gain the charisma skill MUCH slower than the average sim

But they do gain it? Because my Sim with the trait doesn't gain it at all. It keeps saying no charisma, not even level 1, but I keep getting in game messages that she's gained level 1. I don't have any mods that edit this, and it only affects sims with this trait.

hmm.... I do know that I set the charisma skill gain for very low so that would explain why it's going slow, but as for it disappearing I'm not sure.... would you like for me to make a second flavor of the mod so the trait is more easily gained? Maybe that will fix the glitch?

I like this trait, I will download it but I want to encourage you on not using the word 'disabilities' to refer to people with disorders like this. I have something similar to Savant syndrome myself and find it a little offensive when people refer to it as a 'disability' when I can rise above my challenges. I didn't feel like you were making fun and if this feedback seems too harsh, I'm sorry.

I have two autistic sons, and get very frustrated that the only option I have to show them as being different is to have them have the 'insane' trait - which is far more offensive than something like this or the AD(H)D trait - thank you for being so tactful! :)

I can't wait to install this. I am a mother to three kids with Sensory Processing Disorder (SPD) along with Autism - 1 child, and 2 with Asperger's and the charisma skill being slow to gain is a very true trait. Social Skills are so hard. If you do any more updates to it, or try to create an Asperger's trait, you also need to add the need for neatness and which would cover their need for order and tactile sensitivities. BTW, in our house we call it "Superman Senses" because they all have such hyper-sensitivity to vision, taste, touch, smell, and hearing.

Thank you for this. It seems really interesting. I have worked with students with autism before and this seems to be a very respectful creation. I would be interested to see another trait for sims who might be on the autism spectrum but tend to gravitate to other subject areas, such as math and science.
