Yes, it is possible to make any sort of supernatural townies, hence it's possible to create a pool replacement with them.
Check the tutorials I've linked if you want to give it a try.

This looks great! Are you planning on making a subhood version, because I'd love to use this after I unlock townies in a BACC! If not, no worries, I still really like this, and I'll probably find a use for this anyhow!

I don't plan to create a subhood version.
I think it would be cool indeed, but the only tutorial I've found is one by Mootilda which requires AGS and unfortunately I can't use that software anymore.

@Amura well, I can't use this if it isn't a subhood (I plan to use a precreated neighborhood where it would be too late), but thank you for this anyway! It gave me the idea to make my own custom supernatural townies!

I haven't considered it, and to be honest I've never looked into creating dormies but it's likely to be the same procedure as other townies.
If I find the time to check it out I'll PM you to let you know.

This is a townie pool replacement, so it will create these townies for any new hood. But it won't work in prepopulated hoods which already have their townies generated.
You can extract these Sims though, and add them manually to your Strangetown hood, but I am not sure whether it's worth the hassle...
