Oh, very nice! Love me some period-specific builds. Don't know if you're planning to do more but my 70s/80s Simmies could always do with some new homes.

I’m happy you like it! I do have another I’ve been playing for quite a while to test, hoping to get it uploaded this weekend. It was the house across the street from us so it too is a 70s build.

This is lovely! I've a relative who once had such a house. She said it was called a "split foyer" style -- to clarify the difference from earlier split-level houses (in which the split was between two parts of the living space, and the entry was simply on one of those levels.)

BC is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been to, I love it there.

Was the basement really this big and open to the stairway? Would have no idea what exactly to do with it, to utilize all of the space.

Yes, it had a full size basement. Dad put in extra bedrooms, a bathroom and rumpus room in ours. The game cuts the space because of Cfe, but you can add rooms if you want.
