Thank you so much! I love running a vet clinic, but always give up because it is too hard to keep employees (Whiny babies).

Could we get a version with half the values? I'm not happy with how EA handles this, but I like *a little* challenge, while you present none. :') Half sounds like decent numbers here.

That sounds like a great idea. I will release an extra update with half values in the next few days, keep an eye out for the update, might even be today if i bored

Have now added a half settings package file for more of a challenge but still more easy than the default settings

It is only working at the vet clinic. It seems to have no effect on retail employees, not sure about restaurant.

Retail seems to be working for me, however doesn't seem to work with restaurants.

Hi, I have checked and use the restaurant regally, I always praise then check up on and they end up satisfied. on the half setting

Strange, must be something conflicting because they'll be neutral and I would have to praise them 3-4 times before they become satisfied. I'll double check my files again.

Did you find the culprit? I use the Easy setting and works the same as yours, employees are neutral and it changed only after 2-3 praises to satisfied, they are never very satisfied.

That's very odd as I always play the restaurant, and I get my staff satisfied quickly. Let me know if you find a conflicting file

I didn't find yet, but I run a vet, maybe that's different. I don't know. I'll try the new version.

Edit: There is no conflicting mod, I've found out that the mod doesn't work for me if I put into a folder under Mods folder and it works if I put right into the Mods folder.
