I love realistic mods like this! With this mod, I may actually allow my sims to use things that could cause fires ???? Thank you!!!

Please do more like this!!! This is sooo great! How about insurance for VIPS - like legs insurance for soccer players? Or hands insurance for a piano player? Thank you for sharing!!!

I am still not able to see the house insurance on any computer. I have tried a couple of different saves...I am not sure what the issue might be.

There are several empty lines, especially when it comes to the answers of the insurance company. Other lines only have "...". I've installed the mod correctly, and script mods are allowed. And I use the university laptop as recommended. Could you please have a look?

The word for "cover" should be "coverage", but I like the idea having a house insured because I do have Sims with the Arsonist trait setting fires to things in my game.
