Isn't this house build from another user? I have the exact same build in my game, minus the decor changes and slight alterations you've made. You may want to credit the original builder.

Hey @Kiimy_2_Sweet !

This really looks like a great house! But, just like xSwitchback mentions, it looks mostly identical to the "Sharp and Sleek" lot that has been uploaded before, except for a different choice in wallpapers/flooring, furniture and adding some more details.

Given that the original creator doesn't have a TOU, this technically makes it okay to modify their builds. Though, even if you traced the outside of the building (rather than downloading it and then editing it. Though, either way this applies) it's good to at least mention this in your description that you took inspiration from said person

Default I built this from scratch and have no prior knowledge of their build.

This is a case of coincidence because i found the floor plan online. I had no idea of any previous builds.. As such i do not feel the need to mention anyone thanks.

But you have the exact same car, decking, lighting, dining table, kitchen island, chairs, even the bookcase and sofa on the upper level are in the exact same position as the build I have in my game.

Fair enough if you built it from a floor plan, but the items inside mirror the original swatches and positions in the download I have in-game, too. I play a Sim household regularly in it and recognised not just the build, but the interior immediately.

You did a great job changing things around and adding an eco flair, but it makes me uncomfortable that you would defend yourself so strongly when I know it far surpasses coincidence. Can you link where you got the floor plans from? I'm curious.

1)I could give 2 figgy puddings about your comfort.
2) my house looks immensely better
3)it has the same interior because the house plan also has the furniture layout..
4) my furnishing looks nothing like theirs, maybe you go look at it again

here's your floorplan now get off my post and go find another hill to die on!

Alright that makes sense! I do believe that you didn't take the build, since often with multiple creators who make buildings off the same floorplan, you often see that one building is for example, one wall tile longer in length/width. Which is the case here too actually (See front door).

And the interior being basically the same (as in, placement of furniture) is probably because the floorplan shows this as well. So it's only reasonable for the Lot creator to use that guide in their creation too

I think you did a great adaptation of it though, and I guess in this case, people now have two different styles to choose from

You might want to mention the 4 year difference between our builds. Most of the packs you used in yours did not exist when I made my build. Yours will naturally look better when you're given additional resources.
I do like seeing another version of the floor plan though, it does look nice and the furniture choice is well done.
Just try to be a bit more humble.
