sorry if something like this has been posted before.

i just noticed that my game is out of date, and i want to update it to 1.67 (i use the disc version). the latest expansion pack i have is island living. i have heard of something called the super patcher, but nowhere on the internet does it seem that anybody has actually explained how to use it. is there a guide online somewhere that i just can't seem to find? i looked at the nraas info page but it didn't seem to link to or explain how to use the patcher. i have never manually patched anything before, so it would be best for anybody replying to explain it to me like im five.

Download it here (where it says 'Superpatcher') and just double click it to install.

Don't worry about the rest of the stuff on that page, it's all concerning finding out which patch you need (which was an issue before they released the superpatch).
If you get any errors, you may have to right click the file and choose 'run as administrator'.
