This is a project of mine I've decided to do out of pure boredom. I will say that Barnacle Bay has some - interesting - lots created by EA, I plan on overhauling many of them in addition to adding new expansion lots.

I'm using all expansion packs, no stuff packs or cc, and I'm trying to limit store content (currently the sauna is the only item I've used).

Not unless the world was taken into CAW and altered for them. It sounds like this poster is just redoing lots in the EA version.

This looks great! I am also working on a very similar project to yours, altering the island in CAW. I really love the beach resort in your first image! That's the kind of architecture that Barnacle Bay should have had from the beginning.
