Default I want to share an apartment, what CC should I uncheck?
So should I check or uncheck these? Obviously I shouldn't uncheck the package, but what about the rest? I don't want to corrupt or hurt anyone's game. Here's a picture. Thank you for any help!

I would not uncheck any of them, the package lot is the lot and the wallpaper is cc and the window fix for AL is needed for the windows on the lot.

If you want to uncheck the wallpaper then you will need to fix the walls that it was on.

Uncheck CEP extra, most people have that and if not they should download it for themselves. I never keep CEP extra in uploaded lots.

If you created the wall, or it was free to share (not from a paysite, not by a creator who says "no re-uploading" then you can keep it in there.
