Default Why I cant make a new thread to create forum?
There is no green "New thread" button there....

Did you pick an area? For example if you wanted to post about meshing clothes you would use the 'Body Shop-meshing' area. You only find the green post button within the areas not on the main page.

I was in the right area (body-shop meshing), but there were no green button to post new thread. I tried in Safari and in Chrome and with my phone.... But now, after few hours from posting this, suddenly the green button is there! So everything is fine now
