Default Mod where multiple families can own multiple businesses on one community lot?
I know that there was an older mod where multiple households could own multiples businesses on the same lot. Like each household owns one business on the same lot. But I can‘t find it anymore.

I seem to recall somethin along the lines of what the OP wants ... (maybe) ... my brain wants to say there is a comm lot with like outdoor vendor stalls where various sims can each have one .. I want to say the lot was uploaded here... it was a long time ago so I maybe rememberin incorrectly
