Tai Chi Studio is such good business lot idea. My sim purchased a lot as a gym and originally, her asking customers to join her in tai chi was to keep them busy while all the treadmills were in use, but it actually works even better. Their energy goes up, they eventually get hungry and lose hygiene after several hours, but all other needs remain static. I'm charging ยง20 on the bandatron. My sim has owned the business for only 3 days, made thousands, gained fitness, and gone home with full energy every night.

You do know about Inge's Stay Things Shrub at simlogical? It keeps everything in the house, except, oddly enough, fireplaces(!). Seeing that fireplaces include a chimney that goes right up and through the roof, you'd think they'd need some serious building work to remove completely!

Move in a trash sim with tombstone of L&D instead and kill them after moving out the rest of the household. That way you keep everything including fireplaces, and you don't need to adjust the price of the lot afterwards, like with stay things shrub. I don't use that mod anymore. The ideal way to move out is vanilla!

With that said, I do sometimes use the built in equivalent as part of the EP, it's useful when moving sims around.

Built in equivalent? Are you saying that this option exists in game?

I don't think that AndrewGloria has any trash sims. XD

The last few days I just found out how half-assed a lot of the teen/elder careers are. Basically just the first three levels of the adult career, even if they make no bloody sense (how is a teenager somehow working as a substitute teacher at hours when school is out?)

Simple, clearly they're going in to teach the kids like me. Every single day of my school life I had detention, I think my longest detention was 3 hours after school or so. Schools are horrible like that.
