I stupidly deleted this hair from my downloads folder and none of my backups seem to have this particular hair.

All I have is this really tiny snapshot from the family portrait. I think it was made back in 2008-09. I remember it was ~2K polygons. Side swept bangs with wavy hair for teen female but not sure if it was avail for adults.
