So i found an old forum where someone had asked the same question and gotten the answer that you are able to change the lot type in simPE. I downloaded SimPE for the first time and edited the N001_neighborhood.package file. Under “lot description” every lot is listed and supposedly you should be able to change them in any way you like.

However it does not work. I commit the changes and save, but I see no difference in game. The lots remain community lots and I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. Is it just not possible to change it?

It does work for me. Are you finished with the scenario ?
Which lot are you trying to change ?
