Little potatoes, sauteed onions and kale. Some veggie sausage. Also, I think rum would really go well with this, so....rum.

We made 2 pizzas, which is equivalent to like 3.5 pizzas because our oven trays really are that wide

Waffle cut fries from the freezer. Air fried and dipped in ketchup.

Well, in a little while there will be homemade pizza around here. I have to put it in the oven and that's it.

It takes:
For the dough: 100 grams of baking flour (the yeast is already included) and one and a half/two natural yogurts.

Of course, it has tomato and mozzarella. Then you can add whatever you want. In my case, I have added tuna, piquillo peppers, black olives, canned mushrooms and grated cheese.

Velveeta Skillets Ultimate Cheeseburger Mac.

We jokingly call it Hamburger Assist, which came from the Netflix show "F is for Family" as the Velveeta Skillets is a competitive knockoff of Hamburger Helper, almost a parody in the cosmic sense.

A lot of my family's lexicon is loaded with comedy and\or animation references.

No dinner day (also known as "too lazy, and too late to cook up anything, and nothing in the house that's quick to make"), so grabbed some stuff out of the kitchen (bread, some crackers, crisps, and an ice cream).

Not too common, but it happens. I tend to keep a couple instant-porridge or some such just in case, but was fresh out of those...

Lunch...or whatever you like to call your midday meal...

I'm having angel hair pasta with red sauce and some ground black pepper.

Sometimes I have it with soft canola oil based butter and Himalayan pink sea salt (my mother is obsessed with the pink salt.)

Loaded baked potato fries. I saw something online where melted cheese, chives and bacon covered a basket of fries.

I was able to replicate it rather well. Although I probably should have doubled up on the cheese sauce I bought if my father was to join us.

Since way back in post 1 I said food could been made by someone else, it means restaurant food is included too! So I'm having my left over lunch which is: rice, chicken, mushrooms, leek, courgette, pineapple, bean sprouts (tauge??), and a sauce thats sweet but spicy but also kind of sour (but not like sweet and sour sauce). I could eat this any time all the time

Not dinner, but breakfast foods. This morning's breakfast is egg, scrambled in a single piece, like an omelet, served with baby potatoes and vegetarian sausages. I will probably throw in some cherry tomatoes into the potatoes as well. Also, baking whole wheat/rye/and white sourdough bread that will need to cool before being sliced. That will be tomorrow's breakfast.

Italian Tortellini Salad

https://easyfamilyrecipes.com/tortellini-salad/

I didn't follow this recipe exactly.

I upped the amount of tortellini so there would be leftovers for lunches tomorrow.
Skipped the pepperoni as there is plenty of salt between the all the cheese and the Italian dressing.
Cut back on the cheese. I added the cheddar, passed on the mozzarella. Didn't notice it was missing.
I didn't add the basil simply because the store didn't have any.

Next time I make this I'll be doubling the veggies.

{Instant Pot} Pressure Cooker Chicken Chili

https://easyfamilyrecipes.com/insta...-chicken-chili/

Easy dinner. I cheated and used rotisserie chicken as it is cheaper than buying just chicken breasts. The rest of the chicken that wasn't used will be shredded and put in the freezer for another recipe.

It is 83 degrees in the house. There is no way I'm making anything for dinner that is going to heat up the house further.

I wanted to make Antipasto Pasta Salad, but pasta requires boiling water. Since I'm not willing to do that right now, so I did a search for how to cook pasta in the Instant Pot. I know it can be done with spaghetti as I do it all the time, but I wasn't sure about things penne pasta which is what I use for things like pasta salad. Long story short, yes, penne pasta can be cooked in the Instant Pot.

Broccoli soup....

Look, I appreciate soup, I really am a firm believer that many things can go into a soup but this is not one of them and I never want it ever.

Cheese sandwich it is then

Got lazy so we stuck chicken drum sticks and rosti in the oven and then slapped some bagged salad on the side
