I have a folder named "Lot Templates" with package files with titles like:
Apartment2Flat_Permanent
Apartment4Flat1_Permanent This series continues up to Apartment4Flat13_Permanent
CommunityLotTemplate20x30 This series continues with all the lot sizes
LotTemplate20x30 This series continues to LotTemplate60x60

The whole file size is 34MB.

I don't know where I got this nor what to do with it.
Does anyone know? TIA
