Theoretically I think it is possible.
For a 5 tiles you need
only 3 textures, but
10 TXMT and
10 LGHT if the door must have lights, (pay attention when you add the new lights file: clone the lights that refer to the middle tile you already have, add the new blocks and references in the cres and change their position into cLightRefNode)
