Thanks for the link, but I can't find anything from my list in it 😅.

What I am looking for are the original Sims3Packs, the ones you get when your launcher downloads stuff from thesims3.com to your 'Downloads' folder.

Most packs on Archive are either decrapified, unpacked or repacked :P

I hate being that guy but looking for these things in this site isn't allowed though. See site rules.

well that sucks, i didn't see it. I saw some similar older threads here but without an anwser so i made my own lol


in my defanse, i do own most of those packs, that's why i want the original sims3packs, not the cracked ones

my launcher has a problem with downloading stuff from store, but if i manually put them in the downloads folder it installs them just fine
so i don't want to do piracy, there's just no wat for me to get the file

As a tip, I found that opening the launcher from in-game to install Store CC works better than opening it straight out to install stuff. Makes no effing sense.

It's probably because when you install from the launcher, what it's actually doing in the background is running a stripped down instance of the game to initialize the install. You can tell by your PC's fans starting to flare up. It's crazy.

Too many headaches lol. I went to installing them as packages and have never looked back. :D

I also find it easier to open the game and install the store items than by downloading off the store. It places a downloaded copy in your download folder which I store in a folder on my external for if I ever need the sims3packs again.

Edit: Never type a response half asleep, had to fix my grammer some.

I knew the Launcher was cursed.
