Default Lot Terrain Replacer
Similar to HoodReplace, this program would copy the terrain, including water levels, from one lot to another, with an option to copy the terrain paints as well.

An example of where this would be useful is the Anderson house from Riverside. This is a complex terrain which would be difficult to reproduce exactly as it is.
