who is not male.. i'd say evil galaxia is the one of the most powerful. *spoilers* not only does she easily kill most of the sailor senshi except for sailor moon in sailor stars, she captured 80% of star seeds in the milky way galaxy. possessed gsalaxia is power! what do you guys think?

I'd have to say Saya from Blood+

The poor girl persevered through so much physical and emotional trauma and conquered them to carry on. I think that's power...
Besides the fact that she could probably kill the devil himself with that sword of hers.
