Default Connecting to the suspension bridge
Is there some sort of trick to connecting roads to the suspension bridge that I'm not aware of? I tried doing it just like I've connected other bridges in the past, and no matter what I try, the roads just won't connect. I've snapped to grid, flattened the land level to the bridge deck, brought the roads as close as I could, and even tried overlapping it. I've also tried not snapping to grid and moving the bridge closer to the road, but no dice. So, what am I missing here? Anyone know?

Try without connecting it. Mine didn't snap either, but the cars still use it, and there is no visible difference (neither in looks of the street nor in behaviours of cars) to other bridges.

I play Sims in German, so I apologize in advance for any "funny/wrong English term" I might use when describing something about the game. ;)

Really? Thanks, I'll test it and see if that works for me too.

You need to make sure the surface is flattened fairly far under the ends of the bridge. Then you should be able to drag a road underneath the bridge and snap them together.

At each end of the bridge there appears to be like a steel grate. I usually use this as a marker to judge how far to drag the mouse under the bridge when snapping a road in place.
