I won't likly speed it up and might in fact slow it down to match the rest of the town better with a few years passing in the town wheil the sudents were away at school studying and also play those years for the students or they'd miss on so much at the campus though not many would attend early on and not all would in modern times as that's realistic.I think that pausing the semester clock to give the students a few breaks while at the campus can make it more possible to get everything done and enjoy a few parties.
